Mr. Foley provides a “how to” plan that guides readers into creating a career path/life plan that is strategic and well thought out. The content of this book would make a great senior seminar class in college regardless of one’s major. This is a fantastic book that I highly recommend- I felt like I was having a conversation with the mentor I never had!”

“There is a certain type of person who loves the white-collar work they do. They live for the race of it. I confess, I am not one of those people, but sometimes, it pays to see things on the other side of the coin you normally make yourself comfortable on.
I appreciate the literal metaphor that Foley employs in order to drive home his point. I think maybe it is because that is utilized as the linchpin, the rest of the text is easier to understand and visualize. It is because of the ease of understanding within this text and the open-ended application of its teaching that I know I will be able to apply some of its logic to my own life and career, though it is rooted firmly in the arts and far away from the cubicle.”
